Bereka connects clients with independent service providers. Providers describe their services and submit quotes; clients choose whether to book. Bereka does not perform the trade work or process payments.

Use accurate account and service information. Only advertise work you are qualified and legally permitted to perform. Do not impersonate others, submit fake reviews, upload harmful content or use the service for harassment.

Before accepting a quote, agree on the scope, materials, call-out charges, timing and payment arrangements. A displayed hourly rate is an indication, not a final price. Keep changes to the agreement in the job conversation.

Qualifications entered by an artisan are self-reported. A verification badge records an operator check and is not a guarantee of workmanship, licensing for every task or safety. Ask for task-specific evidence where appropriate.

Clients may cancel open, quoted or booked requests using the job record. Discuss any work already performed and expenses directly with the provider. Bereka does not hold funds, issue refunds or provide escrow.

Report issues through the job record or Support in Settings. Operators can review reports and moderate listings. A support report does not promise compensation or a specific resolution. Nothing in these terms is intended to remove rights that apply under law.

You must be at least 18 to register. Account deletion removes shared records as described in the privacy policy; resolve outstanding work and export records before deleting. Operator details are shown below. Version: 17 September 2026.
