Bereka also stores private contact preferences, an optional phone number, language and organisation details. A phone number is shown to the other booked participant only if you opt in; it never appears in directory listings.

Bereka stores account email and authentication information, public names and neighbourhoods, artisan service profiles, requests, quotes, messages, uploaded job files, reviews, favourites and support reports.

Cloudflare Turnstile, when enabled, processes browser security signals to protect registration and sign-in from automated abuse. This security check is separate from optional usage analytics.

Signed-in members can view service profiles, including skills, biography, working areas, qualifications and portfolio links. Do not place phone numbers, identity numbers, exact addresses or private documents in public profile fields.

While a request is open, providers in its trade can read the request description and attachments. Quotes are visible to their author, the client and authorised operators. Booked-job conversations are available to the client, selected artisan and authorised operators.

Supabase supplies account, database and file services. Your portfolio link opens an external website governed by its own policies. Optional first-party analytics count signed-in screen visits by account and day. They contain no message text, search terms, exact location or advertising identifiers. Analytics are off until you consent; you can withdraw consent and remove your saved usage events in Settings.

The app stores your login session in browser storage and caches static app files for loading. It does not cache Supabase responses in its service worker. Signing out clears the local login session; another tab in the same browser shares that session.

You can correct profile information in Settings and export your account data below. You can permanently delete your account in Settings after confirming your password. Your login, listing, private preferences, uploads and requests you created are removed, including their shared conversations. Other active jobs assigned to you are cancelled. Messages, reviews and quotes linked to your profile are also removed. Export anything you need first.

Active account and job data remain until deleted by the member or operator. Deletion removes live app records; infrastructure logs and backups follow the hosting provider’s retention arrangements. Contact the operator below for access, correction or privacy complaints. Version: 17 September 2026.
